Understanding the Payment Ecosystem: A Merchant's Guide

NjiaPay Now Integrates with WooCommerce

If you’re using WooCommerce to run your e-com store in South Africa, I don’t need to tell you how painful managing payments has become.
Too many providers. Different rules. Failed transactions. Customers abandoning their carts.
The result? You’re losing revenue every. single. day.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Introducing NjiaPay WooCommerce Plugin

We’ve just released the NjiaPay WooCommerce plugin to solve your checkout chaos.

Since the release, we’ve already onboarded our first WooCommerce stores. They’re seeing fantastic results – from improved latency to increased conversions at checkout.
And you can install it in under 15 minutes once you have your NjiaPay account – no need for a developer, any WooCommerce admin can do it.
With the plugin installed, you can:

  • Offer a single, optimised checkout that reduces friction and increases conversion.
  • Use dynamic routing to automatically retry failed payments via a different provider – without the shopper ever noticing.
  • Never suffer from PSP outages again, with built-in redundancy and fallback logic.
  • Simplify reconciliation with all payment data in one dashboard and downloadable reports.
  • Sleep soundly at night, knowing your store is collecting payments without a hitch.

Who are we?

I’m excited to walk you through the plugin. But first, let me introduce you to NjiaPay.

You can call me Jono, I’m the CEO and Cofounder of NjiaPay. We’ve built NjiaPay to be the only Payments Management Platform (PMP) an African online business needs.

Our PMP combines your existing payment providers into a single interface for you and your customers. One API. One Platform. One unified checkout experience.

You get easier payment integrations, auto-failover with backup PSPs, routing to increase conversion, fraud protections, and reconciliation. Instead of dealing with several different setups, you manage everything from a single app.

Your customers get a simpler, faster, one-click checkout experience. They’ll spend more and become repeat customers.

The result? You can focus on growing your business, knowing NjiaPay will be helping you recover lost revenue in the background.
